I wanted to start off by recommending a few of my favorite poker forums.

World Hold'em League is owned by BiggDawgg who has been a friend of mine for while now. He is one of the most active site owners I know, and always seems to post some of the most informational articles in dealing poker news, and strategy. He holds a league on Reefer Poker which consists of $6.60 Buy-In's Every Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday at 9pm ET and a Freeroll Sunday at 3pm ET - Top 5 Awarded Ticket to Any League Buy-In. With a monthly prize pool, player of the year, and $250 added in the end of the year tournament it is a site you should not miss. They also have a radio playing a verity of good tunes. My alius on WHL is "TomtheBomb" make sure to add me as a friend.
This is one of my favorite sites they have a series of radio shows that are extremely informational. Shows like "Poker Talk Beyond the Books" allows players to either post questions or call in to discuss poker topics to become a better poker player. Post a question in that thread in the forum and you will be eligible for a $25 bankroll. When signing up for the site make sure to say that "SolidSnakeLogic" was you're referrer. With radio shows from ESPN's inside deal co-host Bernard Lee, and Poker Pro's such as Poker Ho this is defiantly a great place to better you're game. A lively chat room, and excellent support staff make this site really shine. Rounders radio is a part of the GamingForumNetwork which has a bunch of excellent games throughout the week with added money.

Suited Pockets is also a part of the gaming forum network. They have a very active forum, and few added money games throughout the week.

This is an excellent site that provides poker courses not to mention a full functioning forum. With plenty of freerolls, and free pokerspace points games on the schedule this is an excellent place to get started for a lower level player. They hold a crew cup game that is tons of fun. My alius on pokerspace is "Probability101" add me as a friend!
I have been member at this site for awhile now. They hold added games on a variety of networks with an additionally added monthly prize pool. All the buy-ins are under $6 so its an excellent league that is affordable to play. They also have an excellent administrator who posts regularly, and is very active in Twitter. Another great forum with an excellent money added league. He also has a great free sports pick'em league, and soon to be starting a NASCAR league. Two plus two is an excellent forum that really seems to specialize in poker tracker useage. They have an excellent podcast on sunday and a tournament for those who can figure out the password. The tournament is at 2:55 on Pokerstars and Cost 1FPP, but with all the money that pokerstars adds to it, its well worth it. Check out the pokercast here.
